REGULAR

INSULATORS · SOLUTIONS

A regular environment refers to a typical or average setting with a low level of pollution without clearly identifiable sources of pollution. In addition, they are neither exposed to extreme temperatures or conditions.

Although they do not present a direct threat to the maintenance of the insulators, these areas also require an evaluation of the line’s design and characteristics in order to define the model that best suits their needs.

Insulator profiles for regular environments

Standard profile insulators

These are the most common and most frequently used insulators for low pollution lines, where they perform well due to their small, well-spaced ribs and a creepage distance which exceeds the requirements of the IEC 60305 and ANSI C29.2 standards.
